Philip C. Patrick, age 69, of Corning, NY passed away on Monday, October 30, 2017 at Robert Packer Hospital, Sayre, PA.
Philip was born on March 12, 1948 in Bath, NY, the son of the late Joseph E. and the late Caroline (Sutryk) Patrick.
Philip worked at the Food Mart in Corning and the Car Wash in South Corning before beginning employment at Spencer's Restaurant as a dishwasher, retiring in 2011. In his free time, Philip enjoyed crocheting, growing roses and loved Holidays spent with family.
He is survived by a sister, Janet Patrick of Apopka, FL; brother, James (Florence) Patrick of Tioga, PA; aunt, Joan Buck of Bath, NY; special nieces, Colleen (C.J.) McLean and Maureen (Ken) Crispell; special nephew, Kelly Paul (Gina Golden) Patrick; and several other nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, Philip was predeceased by his brother, Edward J. Patrick; and sisters-in-law: Linda and Nancy Patrick.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 2, 2017 at 11:00 AM at Carpenter's Funeral Home, 14 East Pulteney Street, Corning, NY, Rev. James Radford officiating. Committal prayers and interment will follow in the family plot at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Bath, NY. A Celebration of Life will immediately follow the burial at Daysprings 2, 220 Tioga Ave., Corning in the community room at 1:30 PM.
